Kusama support: Get Storage Size

Get Storage Size unit test breaks if connected to Kusama. Need a fix.

i think i got the cause why the UT is broken, but i need time to verify it and push the PR, i got another error while building from MAKE command:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsr25519crust collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

i'm trying with it, but if this a known error, hopefully i can get the info how to move on.

i got the missed lib from polkadot_api_dotnet, but now i still have a build error with "use of undeclared type or module rand" message, i see some solutions online for this, but for documentation purpose.
