Readme documentation

Hi,

On Readme documentation i see a block of code about postgres, but i don't see nothing related to the server.

Can you add to readme the source code to start the server or something like this?

Both Readme and the documentation landing page could really be more informative and helpful. This page, takes a couple of hops to get to.

I've done my best to reduce the hops count and simplify navigation. The landing page now leads to the docs on image click, github readme leads to it at the bottom, cross-page navigation improved.
