The update of userstyles stats are done with what delay ?

I ask that because i wrote a Stats Keeper userscript and observe that the total installs increase after only a defined time. What it's it ?

my userscript: Userstyles World Stats Keeper Description: Keeps stats of number of Total install and show number of install since your last visit of the page and if you don't clear with its button "Clear StatsKeeper"

And i notice a little problem:

When i watch my userstyles by "Recently Updated", The order is not good.

By example i recently updated twice (to be certain) this userstyle to v.62: UserStyles.World (USw) - WideScreen

And it's not in first place

And yes, it doesn't update instantly but with some delay. I do not remember exact details on this.
