Search by tags and domain

Hi there, these makes the unusable for me.

Tags I see are on the roadmap. I'd like to see a @tags field, with a curated, community voted maybe, list like "dark", "minimalist"

Search by domain to avoid unrelated results. The current search feels useless without this. I search "github", sort by newest, maybe 1/4 of the results are related.

Tags will have to wait. At least, unless someone else wants to implementing them.

Searching by domains (or categories, like Stylus does it) is something I could work on. I've done some work around it a while ago, but had to postpone it for later. As I'm in the midst of exploring and resolving performance-related issues, it might get delayed.

Our search works like a regular search engine: it will show results based on relevance by default. By sorting, that relevance is lost, which is undesirable. I'm not sure how to interoperate these two systems in a way that doesn't cause additional performance issues. There's a part of me that wants to write search from scratch, but categories (and tags) would be necessary to get there.

Thank you for the quick feedback! You're welcome to close this issue or leave open as you please, I'm happy that you're considering these issues. I might have taken a crack at them, but at last I'm a lowly JS developer.

I will open a few other issues for other somewhat related ideas, I hope that's OK.

Parts of our code base are in the state of being rewritten and, on top of that, our contribution guidelines might not be sufficient to get you up and running.
