Bring back the GSX paintjob saving

I am bored from coloring vehicles manually, since i was using the 2.0 and 3.2 versions together so i can use 2.0's vehicles paintjobs saving option.

Fix crash at 0x04b0cc0 (CWorld::ProcessLineOfSight) when "Spawn Inside" is enabled. Edit; Apparently patching this doesn't resolve the crash. Other crashes seem to come up?
