I see that the PWA on a mobile browser can be refreshed that with the pull-to-refresh gesture, which is great.

It would be useful if there was a button on the interface, and even better a keyboard shortcut, to refresh the memos on a desktop browser.

In all cases, this refresh should maintain the current filters (selected shortcuts, tags, etc.).

Of course, the top-notch solution would be to use a websocket to push updates to the UI as soon as they're saved - or at least poll for changes every N seconds.
