Wiki Linking and Document Creation

Describe the solution you'd like

Really love what I am seeing in this app so far, but there is for me, one issue that will keep me from adopting and that is the lack of standard wiki linking.

Doesn't look like [[links]] like this work. I am getting an error if I create to create a new doc or if I link to an existing doc.

I'm glad to see the ability to link to other docs, but it's a bit of a clumsy implementation and it doesn't allow you to link to another document with a word.

It also doesn't create a new document with the title that I put into a wikilink.

The UI is awesome and the simplicity is fantastic, but folks coming from platforms like LogSeq(me), will not be able to really keep their same productivity level.

Thaniks for considering.

@clickbrain Have you tried the reference feature? Memos does support referencing other memo, including external and inline references.

Yes, I've used that, just wondering if you are going to create a way to use standard [[Wiki Link]] style links, so links can be in line with existing content and referenced that way. Makes for a much easier UX for creating content and cross linking to existing content or creating new content. Just a better flow for an end user.
