Add a sorting option: sort by latest commented time

We have got 2 sorting options for now: by updated time and by created time. It would be great to have a 3rd option of sorting by latest commented time. This feature would open the possibility to take notes in a thread-like way by commenting to main topics.

When i see there are only one options is avaiable. Where can i see this sorting options.

you can toggle the "sort by last updated time" option in Settings > Preference > Memo
