Option to quickly switch bwtween dark and light theme

Sometimes I need to quickly switch from dark to light theme when I go (bright) outside from a building. It's kind of hard to get into "Settings" to find "theme".

I'd like a new menu item, "Toggle theme", when I tap on my avatar, when I tap on the item, it toggles between dark and light theme. The avatar pop-up menu now has "Sign out" and "About".
