Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hasLink') error

Describe the bug

I upgrade Memos from 0.21.0 to 0.22.4 when finished upgrade (use docker) , when I click the add comment button it will got following error :

Steps to reproduce

1.upgrade 0.21.0 to 0.22.4 use docker 2. click the comment button at history note . 3. the website will jump to error page

Might be fixed in v0.22.5. Please feel free to reopen this if issue still exists.
