cant create memo with picture

Describe the bug

when i create a memo with picture, the picture cannot be upload, and the server fault is shown like below:

Steps to reproduce

  1. click picture icon.
  2. select upload local picture
  3. click create, then the fault occures.

i found the error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 (Request Entity Too Large) Snipaste_2024-02-19_22-23-52

I tried to compress my jpg to a small size then it worked. it seems that the jpg cannot be over 1M.
