Easily assign tags without having to edit the memo

It's currently not possible to add a tag to a memo without going into the edit mode for the memo in question.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if it were really easy way to add tags to a memo without having having to edit the memo to achieve that. One way to do it would be to to enable dragging the user to drag and drop tags onto the memo, but there are of course other ways to do this.
