本地存储方式，删除图片后服务器上任然存在

Steps to reproduce

版本：v0.13.1

设置是默认按照之前的： image

删除后服务器上仍然存在，发现变成文件夹了，可能是删除不掉的原因 image

  1. 本地上传配置： image

  2. 新上传文件： image

  3. 数据库上的，文件id 56，可以发现前面的配置变成了文件夹，文件名是publicid image

  4. 服务器上的： image

  5. 删除文件后服务器，文件会被删掉，但是文件夹还在 image
