bug: as a workspace member, I cannot access the settings of the project I created

Bug Description

For example, I am a workspace member (not the owner). I successfully create a project named "project2" in the workspace. I go to click project settings so I can rename to "project1", but instead I am blocked because not the workspace owner.

Expected Behavior

As a workspace member, I would expect to be able to edit some of the details for the project I've created.
