feat: Allow creation of custom columns in the Active Board

Problem Statement

Some workflows require different columns compared to the automatically created "To Do", "In Progress", "In Review" and "Done" columns of the "Active Board". For example, I may not need "In Review" (give the user the ability to delete columns), or I may need a different column (e.g. "QA", or "For Refactor"), or one may just want to change the language (i.e. from "Done" to "Completed").

Proposed Solution

Allow the user to create custom areas in the "Active Board" (e.g. like a column named "Stalled"). Allow the user to edit the existing column names. Allow the user to delete existing columns (e.g. "In Review" may not be necessary to my Project's workflow).
