Watch for filesystem changes from external editors, reload

Describe the feature you want to add

I'm currently editing a folder.bru file from VSCode / Cursor. The changes made in external editors don't seem to appear in Bruno until I quit and restart. It does not auto-reload or have any UI allowing me to reload, etc. Closing the Bruno tab for that folder.bru and re-opening it also does not reload.

As a feature request, I'd love to have Bruno watch for filesystem changes to make editing in an external editor easier.

My primary reason for wanting to edit externally is to 1) have nicer autocomplete (I'm not great at Javascript so it's helpful), and 2) take advantage of Cursor's AI/LLM code gen.

I'm specifically editing the pre-request script.
