Blocking current download for windows. Latest Version.

Same issue with https://github.com/usebruno/bruno/issues/1678 and https://github.com/usebruno/bruno/issues/1696.

Happen for both 1.10 and 1.11.

Interesting, according to @jwbowen, 1.12.1 should have the new certificate: https://github.com/usebruno/bruno/issues/1696#issuecomment-2008137930

Still happening for 1.12.3. Defender also enjoys blocking script files now too
