Allow me to point to a .env outside the bruno directory

In my project root I have a .env.local file already. My bruno project is inside the project root as a subfolder. Would be great if there was a simple way to just give bruno the path to my already existing .env.local file, which is inside the same git repo, but outside the bruno-folder, so I don't need to manage two sets of .env files, while still keeping bruno stuff organized inside its own folder.
