Any progress on this?

I would like to add that it is possible to get the extensions from the microsoft extensions server but it defeats the purpose of vscodium and it's kind of a gray legal area.

Another work around would be to provide the .vsix file within the github releases page so we can install it manually. Not a complete solution but at least a workaround. Thanks you.
