Implement e2e testing

Implement e2e integration testing.

In alignment with the other Frontend tooling at Parity, we should implement this with Cypress.

  • [ ] Should test loading of the App as it is served thorough the backend after going through the full build process
  • [ ] Add e2e tests for editing and compiling Smart Conracts
  • [ ] Should be capable of testing Rust analyzer functionalities
