Public engagement calendar page bugs

Describe the bug A couple of updates needed on the public engagement calendar. Hoping these updates can be made when the page is updated for the 1.0 version.

1. The disabled registration links should be removed. Right now they are still active and point to the expired zoom page which is not a good experience.
2. The media boxes should appear on top of the events content instead of below it when viewing on mobile. the content in the attached screenshot should appear between the main page content and the find an event header.

2. See errors
