To have different language when a census tract is not a DAC but does meet one or more of the socioeconomic indicators, the front end needs to monitor the low income (LI) and high school education (HS) signals from the back end
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For time / effort purposes we decided to not pursue this feature but in the future, if the interface wants to do something about [0 burdens, but ≥ one socioeconomic indicator than the front end should monitor the low income and high school education indicators independently and use those signals to create new states for the side panel.
Describe the solution you'd like The side panel could have a state that says something like: This tract is not disadvantaged. It does not meet any environmental, climate, or other burden thresholds BUT it does meet at least one* socioeconomic indicator.
If you wanted to you could probably differentiate between one or both here using the same signals.
Describe alternatives you've considered Alternate should be implemented in 1.0
