Need to use the dropdown nav style for Methodology and data

Describe the bug Now that there are multiple pages, the nav link style for the methodology & data section needs to be updated to use the dropdown component. use-nav__link--dropdown (see screenshots)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
