Properties File not found

I have added property file but still it is showing error that property file not found. Any solution for this? and in the property file it is showing warning that MISSPELLED WORD javax.usb.services = org.usb4java.javax.Services (this is what i am writing in property file) Yes the file is in the same package i am using netbeans on linux
