A few issues with the samples

Description

I have cloned the source code and built the project to run the examples. I have noticed a few minor issues:

1. Multi-Page sample does not run.
2. Auto-Positioning also does not run,
3. Dynamic-start does not render images properly (see Screenshot 1)

This is probably because the examples are not maintained anymore, sorry about that. I will try to fix the examples.

I was thinking about removing the examples folder from the source code and move it to either the website or an external tool like CodeSandbox, thoughts @SebastianStehle cc @afshinm
