refresh causes the blips to move around randomly

Some time to spend on this again :-)

If i refresh the page (chrome latest used) the blips move around, this is reproducible by the demo page as well.

The blips even jump between phases adopt, assess etc.

it was made that way, that the reflow happens on page reload and window resize. But the blips should not jump between states, that's just wrong :)

not sure i have time right now to work more on this project, but you're always welcome to send a pull request :)
