moved packer.h to texpacker.h so it doesn't interfere with cracklib

Hey, there's one additional reference to packer.h in the makefile. I'd also suggest, for the sake of consistency and a matter of personal preference, that we rename it to texpack.h instead and that we rename packer.cpp to texpack.cpp aswell - the sauce of the program named after the project. Sounds good?

Sure, I just wanted to quickly rename the it and I didnt think ot through too thoroughly
