Ok, sorry. Either set MINIZ_USE_UNALIGNED_LOADS_AND_STORES to zero (less performance on x86/x64), set -fno-strict-aliasing or ignore the warning. The warning should be a false positive.

Windows 10 build 17134 got a beta option "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support". So this might actually fix itself with newer Windows versions.
This is how zip64 needs to be written. Can you provide more details on how ZipInputStream handles wrong with this?
Usually libguest-fs mounting doesn't work in Docker containers. And it would make the image a lot larger. But maybe another variant like the -zfs and -btrfs one?
