Spanish punctuation characters missing

Some basic characters for Spanish (the punctuation chars ¿ and ¡) are missing and would make more sense for them to be included. This is such a simple issue I probably could add them myself and do a pull request, I only hesitate since I've never done a PR before. Maybe other languages have missing punctuation too?
