Find a better way to display project-wide AST search results

Currently, we simply display a drop down list with all the files and the number of matches:

When you select a file, it opens and the cursor points at the first match. There is no way to see the next matches, and if you want to go to a different file, you have to redo the search. This is not very convenient to use.
