Remove ingress config

https://github.com/urcomputeringpal/kubevalidator/blob/master/config/kubernetes/default/ingresses/kubevalidator.yaml is specific to my environment. Either remove it or treat it as an example of how someone might customize the boilerplate config I provided in a fork (possibly with Kustomize?).
