Ensure that Clay mountpoint names conform to %tas

Description

Check that the mountpoint name is a sane %tas (lowercase letter, followed by any of lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens).

Among other things, this will prevent a ship from mounting a file over vere's internal files in .bin, .urb etc.
