can't toggle notifications in group's notebook (stuck on)

Describe the bug A group notebook I am a member of sends me notifications every time someone comments on one of the notebook posts. I would like to turn those notifications off. However, the switch button in the notebook's settings (see screenshot below) will toggle on/off but the "Save Changes" button at the bottom right never activates and allows for clicking. In effect, I am unable to turn comment notifications off from this group's notebook posts.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Groups
2. Click on a group with a notebook
3. Click into a notebook
4. Open a notebook post and comment on it (effectively subscribing you)
5. Ask a friend to comment on the same notebook post
6. Watch a notification arrive
7. Try to disable comment notifications by navigating to the UI displayed in the above screenshot
8. Note its behavior

Expected behavior I should be able to turn comment notifications off for notebook posts.
