Clicking on `report issue` link opens a page in the client rather than linking out to machine browser

Describe the bug When clicking on the report issue link, port opens the page in app which then asks for my gh creds.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Force an error
2. Click on "report issue"

Expected behavior The report issue link should open in the machine's default browser. This avoids having to submit GH creds through the client.

• Device: 2021 MB pro
• OS: OSX
• Browser: brave
• Landscape Version: no idea, downloaded it today
