DM never arrives
Today I was sent a DM by another ship. I witnessed the sending of the DM. A subsequent DM from another ship (which I also witnessed) came through just fine. As of ~3 hours later, I have not received a DM notification.
System: Chrome on MacBook Pro.
@liam-fitzgerald might need your help here, because I'm not even sure where to begin looking for this.
@simfur-ritwed can you try DMing this person to see if they're still unable to DM you? Or were y'all able to DM after this?
I have DMed them, will see if they respond. The original DM has not arrived in my inbox.

Update: we are indeed able to DM with each other now, but the original DM never arrived. If anyone working on this issue needs the pat-p of the respondent, please DM me for it given privacy etc.

Sharing for the record, also had an instance of this, but looking at the dm scrollback now, the first message (that I had originally not received) is there at the start now. Curious.
So I just saw an instance of this and it seems like my channel was clogged but was not reconnecting either. So I was able to click accept on the DM, but nothing loaded.
