Parser jets require unit tests

Currently, attempting to boot with #130 will fail almost immediately. We need unit tests to determine where there are bugs / jet mismatches in the parser jets.

Can we close this since we can boot with the parser jets now? Notably, Vere doesn't have parser jet tests either.

Not prioritizing adding parser jets for the current sprint of tasks and closing the issue are entirely separate concerns.
