Distribute Rix via Nix

Rix is currently not packaged. Since Rix is all about Nix, it would be sensible to use Nix to package Rix. A nix package definition in flake.nix should do.

If you mean nixpkgs, then it's definitely a bit early for that. They do vet all the programs, and it takes a long time for a PR to get merged in my experience (see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/292338)

But just doing it in the flake here is easy yeah
