Extremely high CPU usage

VSCode was running really slowly with barely any extensions working. Activity monitor showed VSCode taking up 140% of CPU. So I profiled all my running extensions and got the above image. Removing the refactor-css fixed the issue immediately and re-adding it made the issue return.
