enable simulation of modelica model for 1 year at 15 in increments

Expected Behavior

We need a modelica simulation with 8760*4 (15 min interval values for the whole year) for REopt GHP analysis

Actual Behavior

this command is leading to the following error

uo_des run-model modelica_model -a 0 -z 3153600 -i 35040

Model failed to run due to division by zero

Steps to Reproduce

create a modelica model with GHE and run simulation for 1 year.
