Feedback for Samsung page, Note 10

The suggested solutions do not work and cannot be applied on Samsung Note 10.

Hello, what is the issue? Maybe to menu or screens are a little different? But I remember Note 10 users who did apply to guide.. if you see the screens are slightely different, and would like to provide us with screenshots that would be great..

I applied something similar to the suggested settings, but the app still cannot be run in the background. This has been an issue ever since the app launched and still has not yet been fixed.
