Speed performance

Compared to the java miner, it seems a bit slow and performs a lot of disk searching. While the java miner seems to be done within 20 seconds, this miner takes around 2.5 minutes or longer. Seems bad both for disk stress and chance of submitting best deadline fast enough. Anyone else having these issues? Hope it can be improved, keep up the good work dev! This comparison was running on Windows 7 with 1 TB plot on a USB 3 external.
