Send username and password with RTMP connection request. (ModuleRTMPAuthenticate)

I am trying to stream to wowza cloud, wowza cloud API returns a rtmp url along with username and password. I am trying to find a way in push sdk to send user name and password with RTMP connection request. Please let me know how can I achieve this.
