Add Rule for YouTube

the app is exactly what i was looking for. Would it be possible to add support for creating a rule for youtube?

Interestingly YouTube already seems to remember my account preference over the default, without changing the default 🤔 Try using the Switch account menu on YT and see if it sticks. It's the only exception in the Google product suite that I know of that does this.

@grossgrundbesitzer @FelixAkk YouTube uses a totally different account system than all the other Google Products (well, almost all the others). We didn't figure out yet how to manage the default accounts for YouTube).

Would love an update on this.

Youtube was disabled on my main account and when I set secondary to default on browser restart it keeps switching back due to sync so have to use diff browser for youtube.

Would love it if this works for youtube too.
