Add colours for exported versus non-exported functions

In the "Function Network" tab created with the function CreatePackageReport(), could exported functions be identified with a dedicated colour?

Hi @paulponcet, this is a great idea, right in line with #243.

Are you interested in drafting a PR? You could follow parts of #243 as a template. At minimum, the color schemes should align.
