Adding LibraryID to copilot-instructions.md

Do you think it makes sense to add the Context7 Library ID to the .github/copilot-instructions.md file like so :

Shouldn't this allow the model to pick the right library without need to figure out the LibraryId everytime ? It doesn't seem to when I tested it out.
