Publish an official docker image

The Using Docker section in the README.md explains how to build our own container image locally and use it to launch the MCP client. There is already a Dockerfile in the repository, would it be possible to build and publish the docker image in an public registry to ease installation and ensure users always got the latest release up to date in the official image please ?
