Code is not running after programming in Ubuntu 20.04

Hi, Thanks for sharing such an awesome tool. I'm using your tool with the same hardware as shown in your figure with a change in RST -> RTS pin. The tool works fine on my windows 7 machine. When I try to upload blinky.txt in my Ubuntu 20.04 environment the program is written but the led is not blinking after upload. I'm using windows and Ubuntu as dual-boot on the same machine. I'm attaching a screenshot of the command run:
