Bug: SMS not working for HTTP health check (only TCP ping)

SMS does not seem to be working for HTTP endpoint tests, only for TCP pings (e.g. tcp-ping)

That's very strange, because the logic of notifications should be independent of the logic for whether you're using HTTP or TCP. Could you please share a link to a workflow and I can investigate?
