Can't click on TOC on /examples page

Hi, I am having good luck using the upper API. However, the upper.io website appears to have some glitches. I can hover over each of the INSERT, RESULT SETS, RETRIEVING ITEMS, ... links on the table of contents. But I can't actually click on these to navigate to their targets :/

I'm using Chrome 73 on macOS, if that helps.
