When initializing - Error: To address must be MNID

When I follow the instructions to initilize identity on local test network, I get the following error when I do both default configuration and custom one. Does anyone have any ideas for a workaround?

Below are my configs selections. I used the instructions from this readme for regular config and the ones on youtube for the custom config.

Error: UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection (rejection id: 1): Error: To address must be MNID

Custom config:

Pick you network: Local Test Network
Do you want to cahnge the default configuration? Yes
Do you want to deploy the uport platform contracts on this network? Yes
rpcUrl: HTTP://127.0.0.1:7545
Is this ipfs configuration what you want to use?  Yes
Are you creating an app identity? No
*** I Send some ether from Metamask to the local local uport address provided ***
-> Get the error :-(

Default Config:
